Thirvo provides agency services according to individual client agreements and project milestones. Deliverables, fees, and timelines are formally established prior to project launch.
Upon full settlement of project invoices, custom assets created specifically for the client are assigned to the client. Core agency framework code and pre-existing assets remain Thirvo's property.
Thirvo is not liable for indirect operational interruptions, third-party platform policy shifts, or client-side delays outside our direct scope of work.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
