Due to the bespoke nature of digital marketing, web design, and SEO services, payments for completed or in-progress service phases are non-refundable. Resources and dedicated development hours allocated to campaigns cannot be reversed once work has commenced.
Clients may cancel ongoing service retainers or upcoming project phases by sending written notice to hello@thirvo.com prior to the start of the next billing cycle or milestone kickoff.
If a project is paused or discontinued prior to completion, partial adjustments are reviewed on a case-by-case basis according to completed work milestones and individual contract terms.
